When asked what I do, I reply that I work with people and their bodies, helping to release tension and find ease. I believe movement can be a fluid path to aligning all of one’s bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Hence, my business is called Bod.ease.
I am trained as a teacher of the Alexander Technique and certified in Pilates, GYROTONIC® Method and The TRAGER® Approach.
